Product Warranty

Pure Light Led Products strives to achieve the highest level of service. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience appropriate for the quality of products we supply. To this point, if we make a mistake, we’ll do our best to fix it. You can expect nothing but the best in quality and service.

LED products (fittings with the built-in LED chips) carry a warranty as displayed on the product specifications. During the warranty period, if the product fails to perform as per factory specification, Pure Light Led Products entire liability will be the repair or replace such defective products.

The above warranty does not apply to, and Pure Light Led Products makes no warranties with respect to products, which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, operating or environment conditions that deviate from the conditions warned in applicable specifications or instructions or have been improperly installed, stored or maintained. Warranty is cancelled with an immediate effect if product was repaired or altered by anyone other than Pure Light Led Products.
